Zorita Lingerie Return Policy



  • You can return your purchases from Zorita within 7 days from the date of receipt, or within 24 hours during sales and promotional periods.
  • Products must be in their original condition with packaging and invoice.
  • We regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns of underwear or products that include underwear.
  • If products are returned that do not comply with our exchange or return policy, and the customer wishes to receive them back, they will bear the shipping costs for re-delivery of the product.
  • The value of the purchases will be refunded after the product is received and inspected. Delivery fees will not be refunded unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • The value of discounted and promotional products will be refunded as a credit to the customer's account.
  • We regret to inform you that products obtained as part of a multi-buy offer cannot be returned. All items must be returned in this case.

  • Products purchased through the website can only be returned by contacting customer service via email: info@zoritalingerie.com.
  • If the customer does not cooperate with the shipping company and the return is delayed for more than 14 days, the return request will be canceled.
  • Gifts can be exchanged using a gift receipt but cannot be refunded in cash.
  • Upon receipt of returned goods, the shipping fees will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded, unless the goods are defective or incorrect, in which case the shipping will be free.
  • In the case of cash-on-delivery payment and a return request, the amount will not be refunded in cash but will be credited to the customer's account.
  • You can cancel your order within one hour of placing it by contacting our customer service team at info@zoritalingerie.com. After one hour from placing the order, cancellation is not possible, and products must be returned according to the policy.

  2. The item numbers to be returned, found on the product packaging
  3. The reason for returning each item
  4. The pickup address

A return label will be issued and sent to your email once the required information is received.
